If the working drawing contains multiple pages, please use the delivery note.
You can choose from various finishes that the sailmaker can apply to already printed fabrics.
If the fabrics are not produced by us, it is important that they are pre-cut.
The required cutting margins for the different finishes can be found in the technical data sheets.
Finishing: sailmaking
De zeilmakerij kan 5 afwerkingen,uitvoeren:
- Place grommets every 30cm/50cm
- Add 40mm bleed an preprint the grommets at 60mm (20mm + bleed). max grommet size of 9mm
- Pole pocket 14cm flat (of which 4cm hemmed)
- Add 140mm bleed
- Pole pocket of 10cm is than suitable for tubes up to 6cm in diameter.
- Stitching of a keder cord for sliding profiles.
- The diameter of the tendon is 7mm
- We stich a single flag that adds the tendon diameter to the banner dimension.
- adding silicon edge for textile frame
- The silicon edge is 14mm width en 3mm thick
- The silicon edge is sewn flush with the textile
- Stitching velcro (loop)
- The velcro is 25mm width and is sewn flush with the banner edge.
